The city of Valladolid is situated 200km to the Northwest of Madrid. Its geographical localization in the community of Castile-León makes Valladolid easily accessible from the other seven provinces of this autonomous community.

If you have a car at your disposal and the plan of visiting Valladolid, you can come through the A6 motorway of Madrid, taking two hours from this last city. For all those who want to avoid the toll, they can always go up through the entertaining (but dangerous) Puerto de los Leones. You can also make one-hour trips from the Castile-León’s capital to Segovia, Salamanca, and Burgos. The trip to Palencia’s city lasts less half an hour.

When parking in these aforementioned areas, you have to pay from Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. On Saturdays afternoons, there is no need to pay anything for parking there.
