
The municipality of Soria is on the banks of the Duero River, in its upper course, and on the foothills of the Iberian System. The city of Soria extends over two hills (Cerro del Castillo and Cerro del Mirón), and the gully that separates them, on the right bank of the Duero.
By road, Soria is communicated with all the neighbouring provinces and his provincial capital. Not all roads are motorways, since there also are national roads.

If you want to go to Logroño, you have to go by the N-111 (107 Km). If you are visiting Soria from the capital of Aragón, Zaragoza, you will have to go through the N-122 (156 Km).
If you wish to go to Spain’s capital, Madrid, we will have to drive 227 km along the A-15.
If what you want is going from Valladolid, you have to go through the N-122 (209 Km).
Finally, if Burgos is the departing point, you will have to go through the N-234 (141 Km).
Since Soria’s bus station started its activity on March 17th, 1986, it has been concentrating all regular public transportation services for those passengers with origin, destination, or stop in the city of Soria. It is located in 40 Avenida de Valladolid.

This station has buses that contacts the city of Soria with Spanish cities such as: Madrid, Logroño, Burgos, Pamplona, Valladolid, Salamanca, Zaragoza and Barcelona.
There is a bus that goes directly to the Adolfo Suárez-Barajas airport (Madrid). The companies that operate in this station are ALSA and Linecar.
At the present time, the station «El Cañuelo» (Carretera De Madrid) does not have High Speed rail service to go to the capital of Spain, so you have to go to Calatayud (97 km).

It has regional trains, connecting Soria to the neighbouring provincial capitals.
